The other kind which is Chapter 13 bankruptcy has different charges. Under this, the court would charge $39 as the administrative fee and $235 as the filing fee. It also facilitates the people with the provision of paying it in four installments. As Chapter 11 is basically for the corporations, the courts are liable to charge $1,000 as the filing fee and $39 as the miscellaneous administrative fee. Though these details provide an understanding of the charges, it is advisable to explore the economic costs instead of going for the accounting costs as far as filing a bankruptcy is concerned.
